ShySilk operates internationally, serving customers from many regions around the world (including the US, the UK, Australia, and more). Your bank may notify you that the purchase is with an international company, and you may be asked to confirm with your bank that the payment is secure.
For this reason, depending on your bank’s settings, a small international transaction charge may be applied.
All prices are shown and all payments are handled in US dollars.

If your card issuer or bank works in another currency, the final amount charged may vary because of exchange rates. Please reach out to your payment provider for more details.

Cash on delivery / payment on delivery for purchased orders is not offered at ShySilk.
The following payment methods are accepted:

Credit/Debit Card payments will be charged automatically by our financial service providers. Your order will start processing once the required verifications are complete.

PayPal: Payments are handled by PayPal, an external financial service provider. During checkout, you will be sent to PayPal to finish your purchase through your PayPal account. Your information will not be transferred to ShySilk. Once PayPal completes verification, your order will proceed to processing.
