Cancel Order:

You may cancel your order any time before the item has shipped, but once it has been shipped, cancellation is no longer available. Orders usually require 1-5 business days of processing before shipment. After receiving the goods, you can contact us about a return or exchange at: shysilkwomenlingerie@gmail.com

Return Procedures：

1. To return any part of your order, please first email our Customer Service team at shysilkwomenlingerie@gmail.com, including the item(s) you want to return and the reason.

2. Our Customer Service team will respond with solutions and return instructions within 1-2 business days. Once you receive our return directions, please pack the item(s) being returned with the original packaging.

3. Leave your package at your local post office.

4. If your return request is approved, most returns are handled within 5 business days after we receive your package. We will send the refund back to your original payment method. After the refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

Please note that refunds may take up to 5-10 business days to show in your bank account because processing times vary between financial institutions.

Return Conditions

1. You have 30 days to decide whether an item is right for you. If you want to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 30 days after delivery.

2. Returned products must be unused and include the original packing. We cannot accept an item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or changed in any way.

3. Items marked as non-returnable cannot be returned.

4. We do not accept returned items that are sent back without a proper return request.

5. Please note that unsuitable products caused by choosing the wrong size and not contacting us to update the information before shipment cannot be treated as a product quality issue and are the customer’s responsibility. We can provide a free size exchange service, but customers must pay the shipping cost to send the original product back. After receiving and checking the original product, we will ship the item in the new size. If you are unsure about choosing a size, you can email or privately message us for help.

6. Please note that the customer is responsible for package loss or return caused by incomplete or incorrect information when placing an order and not contacting us before delivery.

7. Please make sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of non-floralshe.

8. If you cancel your order before it ships and within the cancellation period stated on our website, we will process your refund.

9. For the health of other customers, opened intimate apparel, including swimwear, panties, and sexy lingerie, cannot be returned or exchanged.

Note: The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable. If the return reason is not related to product quality issues or an error on our part, you are responsible for the shipping fees.

Note: Please do not send your return to the address printed on your package. That is not our return address and may delay the handling of your return.

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The exact fee should depend on the express company you select.

If the issue is caused by us, such as receiving damaged or incorrect goods, the consumer does not need to pay the shipping fee for this reason.
